As a Cardiac Electrophysiology Physician with CAMC Health System, you will provide diagnostic and procedural services to patients in the field of electrophysiology cardiology. This role requires a high level of expertise and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide care to patients in compliance with the highest standards of medical art and science, and within the ethical standards of conduct.
- Report to the departmental medical director on clinical practice issues, and to the clinic/departmental administrator on other matters.
- Maintain active status with regards to clinical privileges at CAMC.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, staff, corporate management, medical staff, and co-workers.
- Possess/obtain and demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide developmentally appropriate assessment, treatment, or care.
- Demonstrate competency in obtaining and interpreting information in terms of patient needs, knowledge of growth and development, and understanding of the range of treatment needed by patients.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement activities of the department and institution.
- Perform work in a cost-effective manner and in accordance with departmental pay practices and scheduling policies.
- Follow organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
Candidates must possess a medical degree and relevant certifications.
Work Schedule and StatusThis is a full-time regular position with a varied work schedule.
