Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Mobile Associate to join our Store-in-Store team. As a Mobile Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our retail locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with customers in a fast-paced retail environment, using digital tools and effective communication to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
  • Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
  • Recommend wireless solutions and onboard customers to ensure their satisfaction and deepen relationships.
  • Partner with home store locations to properly onboard customers and perform skills practicing, knowledge sharing, and store operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations and building trust and loyalty with every interaction.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 6 Months of Customer Service and/or Sales Experience, Retail Environment (Preferred)
  • Passionate Customer Advocate with the Desire to Be Yourself When Connecting and Having Fun with Our Customers (Required)
What We Offer

As a Mobile Associate, you will receive on-the-job training and be eligible for incentive pay while completing training milestones. Once completed, you will promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives, and are eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.

We cover all of the bases, offering medical, dental, and vision insurance, a flexible spending account, 401(k), employee stock grants, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and up to 12 paid holidays. Eligible employees can also receive mobile service & home internet discounts, pet insurance, and access to commuter and transit programs.
