Medical Billing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Billing Specialist to join our team at Dent Neurologic Group LLP. As a Medical Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely submission of medical claims to insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and verify patient demographic and insurance information
- Assign and manage patient accounts
- Process and submit medical claims to insurance companies
- Follow up on outstanding claims and resolve any issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient accounts and claims
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in medical billing or a related field
- Knowledge of medical billing software and systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
This is a full-time position with a normal working environment. The successful candidate will be required to work in a team environment and will be expected to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
