Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our NICU team. As a Registered Nurse in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide age-specific care to neonates, addressing their physiological and nutritional needs.
  • Collaborate with our team to plan patient care and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Facilitate bonding between infants and their families, promoting a family-centered care model.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and explanations to reduce stress and anxiety.
  • Advocate for patients as part of our interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start.
  • 1 year of RN experience in NICU preferred.
  • BSN preferred.
  • BLS and NRP-Neonatal (AHA Healthcare provider) required.
