We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Hotel Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Krishna Ventures LLC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and responding to guest inquiries. They will also assist with resolving guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.

About You:
  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of experience as a front desk agent.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • You are physically agile and able to stand for extended periods, with a well-groomed and professional appearance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and thanking guests in a sincere and friendly manner.
  • Checking guests in on arrival and out on departure.
  • Posting charges to appropriate guest accounts.
  • Anticipating and addressing guests' needs, and resolving their problems and complaints.
  • Assisting guests with disabilities.
  • Operating the switchboard and assisting with inquiries.
  • Collaborating and communicating with other internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
