We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Lead to join our team at Pfizer's Groton site. As a key member of our Site Affairs team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective communication strategies to engage our site colleagues and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Internal Communications: Develop and implement internal communication plans to inform and engage site colleagues on business initiatives, policies, and procedures.
  • External Communications: Collaborate with Corporate Communications to ensure consistent and aligned messaging to support Pfizer's reputation in CT.
  • Graphic Design and Visual Branding: Lead the design and coordination of visual materials, including graphics, digital communication boards, and SharePoint homepage.
  • Project Management: Manage the implementation of specific site communication projects and work streams as part of our long-term site communication strategy.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience.

  • Skills: Graphic design, web design, copywriting, copy editing, and proficiency with Canva and Microsoft suite of software.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong business acumen, organizational and interpersonal skills, with a self-starter mentality and ability to work independently.
