At Healing Well Counseling, we believe in deep healing and providing practical tools to help individuals heal. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting the professional development of our provisionally licensed clinicians and maintaining a part-time caseload of clients.

You will lead a team of up to 8 clinicians, reviewing and signing off on their documentation, and participating in the hiring and onboarding process. You'll also contribute to leadership meetings and shape the culture of our growing team, aligning with Healing Well Counseling's values.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team, providing somatic and brain-based treatment, free continuing education courses, paid sick time, employee health insurance, and more. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will have the ability to set your own schedule and work independently.

To qualify for this position, you must have LICSW licensure in Massachusetts, with a minimum of 3 years in practice. Experience in trauma training and a passion for mentoring new clinicians are highly valued.
