We are currently looking for a Mechanical Engineer specializing in healthcare facilities. This role will involve working on a variety of projects related to medical office buildings and support structures.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $135,000
Level: Mid to Senior
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize your expertise as a registered professional engineer to oversee HVAC and medical gas applications.
- Lead a team of engineers and designers in project execution.
- Manage all project phases from proposal development to construction completion.
- Focus on healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Professional Engineering License.
- Familiarity with FGI Guidelines, NFPA-99, and NEC requirements.
- Experience in designing Medical Gas Systems.
- Project Management and Plumbing Design experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of HCAI codes, standards, PINS, and CANS is preferred.
Essential Skills
- 3-7 years of engineering design and project management experience.
- Strong capability in Mechanical/HVAC design within healthcare settings.
- Effective communication skills for presentations and written reports.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in core computer applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
