Job Summary

As a CT Technologist with SSM Health, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality imaging services to patients. This position requires a strong understanding of radiology principles and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Position patients and select anatomic and technical parameters accurately to ensure high-quality images.
  • Implement radiation protection and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Prepare, perform, and assist physicians in special and advanced procedures.
  • Administer contrast media and medications within the accepted scope of practice and applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory agency standards.
  • Submit high-quality images and documents to PACS in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly department, including procedure rooms, storage areas, and dressing rooms.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or completion of a Radiology certification program.
  • ARRT-R certification required; CT certification preferred.
  • No experience required.
