Key Information:
  • Compensation range: $15 - $17 per hour (based on experience)
  • Work Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Bi-weekly pay with Quarterly bonuses
  • A valid driver's license is required
Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee the center to ensure client safety; manage client chore assignments and their completion; uphold cleanliness and maintenance of the facility, performing minor repairs and clean-up as needed.

• Conduct drug testing as required; collect medication from clients at intake and securely store it; facilitate self-administration of medication after hours as instructed by a Licensed Practical Nurse.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary.

• Facilitate group activities as needed.

• Ensure proper orientation for new clients upon admission.

• Perform room checks, roll calls, safety checks, and client supervision checks.

• Conduct safety drills and document appropriately; follow proper protocols in emergency situations.

• Walk campus trails, up to a mile, to support and assist clients, staff, and visitors.

• Ensure adherence to the program schedule and collaborate with staff to guarantee consistent service delivery.

• Maintain accurate logs, shift reports, and client records.

• Transport clients to external activities while ensuring their supervision and needs are met.

• Communicate daily with therapists regarding client needs.

Qualifications:

High school diploma with preferred college-level training; familiarity with 12 Step/recovery processes and experience in adult residential treatment settings preferred; conflict resolution experience preferred; ability to remain composed in crisis situations and implement de-escalation techniques required; valid driver's license required.

Salary Information

$15 - $17.
