Key Responsibilities- Program Development and Implementation: Design and deliver a variety of resident-centered activities and events that promote socialization, engagement, and overall well-being.
- Volunteer Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of volunteers to assist with activity programming and events.
- Community Outreach: Establish and maintain relationships with local schools, businesses, and social organizations to secure resources and support for our residents.
- Leadership and Team Management: Provide guidance and coaching to a high-performing team of employees, including recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial stability for activity programs.
- Experience: At least one year of job-related supervisory experience, preferably in a senior living environment.
- Certifications and Licenses: Maintain all appropriate state-level certifications or licenses.
- Skills: Proven ability to train and motivate volunteers and fellow team members, knowledge of local state and federal regulations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Availability: Must be willing to work evenings and weekends to meet the needs of residents and fellow team members.
