Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments.
  • Conduct regular nursing rounds and assist with physician rounds.
  • Respond to emergency calls and provide timely interventions.
  • Supervise and direct care given to residents by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs).
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation of resident care.
  • Ensure resident privacy, confidentiality, and dignity are maintained at all times.
  • Assist with resident assessments and coordination of care plans.
Clinic Responsibilities:
  • Provide emergency care, medications, and treatments to independent living residents.
  • Assist physicians in the medical office setting.
  • Support new hire medical clearances and employee injuries.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid LPN license required.
  • CPR certification required.
  • 2+ years of experience in long-term care or sub-acute setting preferred.
