Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from adults to geriatric patients, and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct home visits to assess clients' physical needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate clients' mobility, strength, and balance
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions
  • Continuously assess and revise care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to develop multidisciplinary care plans
  • Provide education and instruction to clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities
  • Accurately document client care management and services provided
Qualifications:
  • Current Ohio Physical Therapist license
  • Minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Solid computer skills, with prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
