About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our Food Services team as a Food Services Ambassador. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality of food and nutrition services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve and transport food and supplies to patients, family members, and physicians in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate and courteous service, resolving customer concerns in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times, maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Operate various food service and computer equipment, including the CBORD system, to manage food orders and inventory.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
  • No prior experience required, but basic computer skills and knowledge of the CBORD system are a plus.
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods, lift, push, pull, bend, and kneel as needed.
