Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly qualified Electrical Construction Supervisor to manage our multifamily electrical projects. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in overseeing electrical construction, particularly in the multifamily domain. The successful candidate will possess at least 5 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a history of successful project delivery, budget oversight, and team leadership. This position offers a chance to be part of a vibrant team and engage in significant, large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, overseeing multifamily electrical construction projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes for all electrical work.
  • Lead and coordinate the on-site construction team, collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
  • Review and interpret project blueprints, electrical schematics, and specifications.
  • Develop and manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective project completion.
  • Conduct quality assurance inspections and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Implement and uphold site safety protocols, conducting regular safety assessments.
  • Provide ongoing progress updates to project stakeholders and senior management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges as they arise, utilizing expertise in electrical systems.
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Project Manager in the construction field, specifically in multifamily projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and building regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, including budgeting and scheduling.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to guide and oversee a diverse workforce.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a knack for quickly addressing and resolving issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, facilitating effective interaction with team members, stakeholders, and upper management.
  • Proficiency in relevant software, including project management and CAD tools.
  • Certification as a Licensed Electrician is a plus.
  • Physical capability to work on construction sites, including lifting heavy materials and equipment.
