MEP Project Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years post-graduate experience in MEP project management and a strong background in commercial real estate occupied buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Construction Program Management Duties within the framework of Turner and Townsend Heery policy and procedures.
- Client Support, Direction, Guidance, and overall caring for the projects and program process.
- Manage and drive cost, schedule, and quality while managing construction contractors and vendors.
- Engage with external stakeholders to assist and facilitate external approvals such as permits and site plan applications.
Requirements:
- Experience on construction programs $10M and above.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
- Review owner processes and advise.
- Oversee process improvement and integration.
- Review contract documents and contract modifications to determine scope of work and scope changes.
- Understanding of construction coordination for occupied spaces.
- Understanding of Mechanical and Electrical trades and equipment operation involved in Critical Cooling and Critical Power Distribution.
- Understanding of Owner's Operations and best practices.
- Understanding of Safety Programs (Health, Safety, and Emergency Response).
