Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will oversee various operational aspects of the restaurant to guarantee exceptional customer satisfaction and the delivery of top-notch products in the absence of the General Manager.

  • Supervise a team of approximately three to 15 staff members.
  • Conduct on-the-job training for all team members.
  • Manage the ordering, receiving, storage, and distribution of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies.
  • Assist in overseeing food preparation, sales, and service operations.
  • Estimate and forecast the quantity of food items required for each shift.
  • Ensure efficient food preparation and service operations.
  • Deliver world-class customer service to every patron.
  • Coordinate deliveries and supervise drivers to enhance delivery efficiency.
  • Execute daily food preparation, opening, and closing tasks.
  • Implement systems and procedures with complete integrity.
  • Complete daily and weekly administrative paperwork.
  • Maintain accountability for cash drawers throughout the shift.
  • Review previous shifts' operations for accuracy and integrity.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on store equipment and supplies.
  • Carry out additional related duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing the English language.
  • Strong mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, fractions, and percentages.
  • Proficiency in using personal computers and software such as Excel and Word.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Occasional requirements to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
