Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our team at Goodwin Recruiting. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our clients, including handling incoming service calls, conducting machine QA and repairs, and overseeing equipment installation and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively connect with strategic customers to address issues, promote upgrades, and strengthen relationships through regular communication.
  • Handle incoming service calls, conduct machine QA and repairs, and oversee equipment installation and training.
  • Collaborate with engineering and R&D on projects, ensuring accurate documentation and invoicing in the CRM.

Requirements:

  • BS or MS in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related fields; associate degree with relevant experience acceptable.
  • 3+ years in engineering or technical services, with strong mechanical/electrical system knowledge and hands-on maintenance skills.
  • Proficiency in CAD or similar software, excellent communication, troubleshooting abilities, and willingness to travel for field service (1-2 trips/month).
