Job Overview:
Responsible for the packaging of products and assembly kits to ensure compliance with specifications prior to final packaging.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute packaging operations in a streamlined production environment (e.g., feeding pouch machines).
2. Conduct thorough inspections of labels to verify alignment with lot documentation.
3. Perform final assessments of packaged products, identifying any defects.
4. Document any discrepancies as necessary and communicate findings to management.
5. Maintain records of finished packaged items.
6. Participate in off-line packaging tasks, including assembling kits (e.g., holter kits, stress kits).
7. Assist with maintaining cleanliness in the workspace, including returning raw materials to storage and general tidying.
8. Occasionally aid in material handling and distribution (using hand trucks or forklifts).
9. Interpret production paperwork and technical drawings as required.
10. Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 60 days of relevant experience or training, or a combination of education and experience.

Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in basic arithmetic operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, specifications, and technical drawings necessary for task completion.
- Capable of applying common sense to execute detailed written or verbal instructions.
- Ability to manage issues involving a limited number of concrete variables in standardized situations.

Physical Demands:
- Sitting: Rarely (0-25%) remain seated for extended periods.
- Standing: Continuously required to stand for prolonged durations.
- Handling: Frequently (50-75%) involves manual dexterity and hand movements.
