We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook to join our team at Schlotzsky's. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring the high quality of our food and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a sanitized and well-organized kitchen, adhering to our high standards of food quality and cleanliness.
  • Prepare workstations for cooking, ensuring all necessary equipment and ingredients are readily available.
  • Prepare and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
  • Check the quality of ingredients, ensuring they meet our standards.
  • Prepare cooking ingredients using various techniques, including chopping, slicing, and dicing.
  • Cook food using various culinary techniques, including grilling, roasting, and sautéing.
  • Arrange food and ensure appealing presentation, making every dish a delight for our customers.
  • Manage food storage, stock, and ingredient orders, ensuring we always have the necessary supplies.

No fryers and no late nights - everything is cut and baked fresh. Our hours of operation are 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM, and a closing Line Cook is typically clocked out by 9:30 PM.
