Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to clients with diverse communication needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication disorders and develop personalized treatment plans to address these needs.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and educators to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of services provided, including client progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments through ongoing education and training.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Current licensure or eligibility to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Florida.
  • Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in a school or clinical setting, with a strong background in speech therapy and communication disorders.
