Transform Architecture through Education

The Choice, Inc. is partnering with a leading Washington, D.C. association to transform architecture through education, certification, and valuable industry resources. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join their team in a hybrid role, based near the White House, with in-office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the delivery of educational programs, both in-person and virtual.
  • Schedule speakers, manage logistics, and ensure programs run smoothly.
  • Act as a liaison to instructors, coordinating trainings and communicating logistics.
  • Organize program materials and maintain an up-to-date schedule of classes.
  • Collaborate with the communications team to manage webinars and ensure website accuracy.
  • Oversee continuing education program approvals and attendee transcripts.
  • Serve as a point of contact for third-party vendors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least five years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience with learning management systems and project management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
