  • Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to equipment operations to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Electrical Systems: Understanding of electrical systems, including primary and control circuits.
  • Pneumatics: Familiarity with pneumatics and their application in industrial settings.
  • Ladder Logic: Basic knowledge of ladder logic/programming and its application in industrial control systems.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform mechanical repairs and maintenance.
  • Communication and Organization: Excellent communication and organizational skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Tig Welding: Tig welding experience preferred.
  • Sanitary Design: Experience with sanitary design a plus.
