  • Provide technical expertise in Multibody Dynamics, contributing to the development of company objectives and principles.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Computer Science.
  • At least 12 years of experience in product design/development or new technologies and/or computer science experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading new technologies or specialized technologies.
Desired Skills
  • Expertise in Multibody Dynamics Software, preferably Adams.
  • Expertise in non-linear system behaviors.
  • Expertise in full vehicle Multibody models with flex-body experience.
  • Expertise in truck and/or automotive design and development process.
  • Experience in full vehicle FEA simulation tools and techniques.
  • Experience in Vehicle dynamics and durability testing methods.
  • Familiarity with commercial vehicles (trucks and buses).
  • Experience in problem solving tools such as 8D, Six-sigma, Lean.
  • Proven track record of project management.
  • Excellent Oral and Written communication skills.
  • Experience with working on timing plans and budget planning.
  • Experience with formal presentations.
  • Leadership – coaching, developing others.
  • MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project.
