Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Conducting thorough interviews with candidates to assess their fit for the role and client requirements
  • Presenting shortlisted candidates to clients and negotiating offers as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business (Accounting/Finance), Human Resources, Management or Communications/Marketing preferred
  • Ability to work independently, be flexible to a changing environment, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
