Physical Therapist Assistant

Alternate Solutions Health Network LLC is seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in Beavercreek, Ohio.
Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Physical Therapy Assistant to provide high-quality care to our patients in a home-based setting. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans of care, ensuring our patients receive the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide skilled physical therapy services as ordered by the attending physician, observing and monitoring patient conditions and notifying the Physical Therapist of any changes.
- Treat patients to relieve pain, develop or restore function, and maintain maximum performance using physical means, such as exercise, massage, heat, water, etc.
- Assess functional problems and provide intervention and, in conjunction with the Physical Therapist, work toward goals to improve patient functional status.
- Counsel patients and families on the disease/injury and how to manage in all phases of physical therapy.
- Complete all clinical documentation following agency protocol and Medicare/Federal guidelines.
- Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with current license in the state of employment.
- Minimum one-year experience as a PTA in an acute care setting. Home care experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name as a driver.
- Capable of all physical demands.
