Alternate Solutions Health Network LLC is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Beavercreek, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive skilled services as ordered by the attending physician, including physical therapy, patient education, and documentation.
  • Assess patient conditions, develop and implement treatment plans, and monitor progress.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of employment.
  • Minimum one year of experience as a PTA in an acute care setting, with home care experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
