We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our outpatient dialysis team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the overall success of our facility.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You will be required to maintain accurate records, prioritize tasks effectively, and adhere to strict quality control measures.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, demonstrating empathy and compassion.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A valid nursing license (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg.
  • Certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN) or Dialysis Nursing (CDN) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
