As a Supervisor, Customer Service, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives in delivering exceptional customer experiences. With your strong communication and leadership skills, you will guide the team to achieve customer satisfaction goals and drive business results.

About the Role: The Supervisor, Customer Service, is a critical role in ensuring that customer needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex information to customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer service representatives in achieving customer satisfaction goals
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Train new employees on customer service roles and responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers to resolve issues and address concerns
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience
