Job Title: Culinary Artist for Lake Como Co-op

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled culinary artist to join our team at Lake Como Co-op. As a resort cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in our kitchen. You will work closely with our management team to ensure that our guests receive high-quality meals that meet their expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items for broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment.

• Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, adhering to proper food handling and safety procedures.

• Follow established recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency and quality in our dishes.

• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service during peak periods.

• Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge of culinary techniques.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a resort or hotel setting.

• ServeSafe or Food Handler's Certification.

• Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor during peak periods.
