Nexxen is seeking a seasoned Sales Senior Account Executive to lead sales efforts, grow revenue, and expand awareness of our end-to-end solution among Los Angeles advertisers and independent ad agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all tactical sales and client management responsibilities for your book of business.
  • Drive revenue through proactive selling of our true end-to-end technology solution to net new business brands and agencies.
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and build long-term relationships with agencies and direct clients.
  • Cultivate connections with marketing agencies and brands.
  • Oversee sales forecasting tools and reporting.
  • Collaborate with local Trading and Account management teams to achieve client goals.
  • Communicate effectively with external partners, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Innovate and implement solutions for unarticulated needs and market requirements.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of outbound sales experience in programmatic digital advertising.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations.
  • Understanding of the Adtech ecosystem.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to speak with C-level clients.
  • Established network of relationships with decision-makers at brands and agencies.
  • Ability to manage strategic and complicated sales cycles.
  • Strong team player and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual base salary for this role in San Francisco is $90,000 - $125,000, depending on skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. We offer a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, discretionary time off, and company-paid holidays.
