About the Role

As a Patient Care Coordinator at Choice Healthcare Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional patient care and administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and process payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Import and call parents regarding authorization updates
  • Schedule treatment appointments and recall appointments
  • Confirm treatment appointments with patients
  • Process No Show Reports and schedule patients from the ASAP List
  • Verify patient information and eligibility with insurance
  • Call patients when they are past their scheduled appointment time
  • Confirm observation appointments and schedule new ones as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and update patient information
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6+ months of healthcare/dental front office experience (preferably)
  • Bilingual in Spanish (preferably)
