About the Role

We are seeking an Executive Support Specialist to join our team at UC Davis Health System. As an Executive Support Specialist, you will provide high-level administrative support to our leadership team, ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an executive office environment, providing complex administrative and clerical support functions, and maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and managing calendars
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and make reservations as needed
  • Manage electronic calendars, schedule large meetings and events, and coordinate logistics
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes to ensure efficient and accurate completion of tasks
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience providing complex administrative support in an executive office environment
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with UC Davis policies and procedures

Salary: $35.50 - $48.25 per hour
