Overview:
As a Documentation Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing and processing essential documentation. Initially, you will work onsite, transitioning to a hybrid model after training.

Interview Process:
Interviews will be conducted via Zoom, consisting of multiple rounds.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage incoming and outgoing documentation, including mail and faxes.
- Provide support to client service representatives and operational teams.
- Verify the accuracy of client documents and maintain detailed records of all account activities.
- Communicate with clients regarding documentation through written and verbal means.

To excel in this role, you must possess strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and excellent written and verbal communication capabilities. Proficiency in software applications such as MS Word and database management is essential, along with a foundational understanding of the financial services sector.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a quick learning ability and adaptability to handle multiple detailed tasks simultaneously. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the capacity to work independently are critical.


Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of experience in financial services or document management is preferred.
