Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and prepare immigration petitions for submission
- Engage with clients and international applicants regarding their case developments
- Track case progress utilizing case management systems
- Organize and maintain client documentation and updates
- Keep clients apprised of their case status
- Assist attorneys in managing cases
- Report progress to management
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in Immigration Law
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Prior experience in a legal environment
- Familiarity with various USCIS forms
- Proficiency in Case Management Software
