Job Description:

Posting for Experienced Travelers

Our Emergency Department at Tekfortune Inc is seeking a skilled Emergency Department Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years recent RN experience in the specialty being applied for.

Responsibilities:
  • Rotate through Main ED, ED Fast Track, and ED Observation Unit regularly
  • Assign to Triage, Quick Registration, Covid Tent, and Entry Screening
  • May be assigned to assist with Covid testing and/or immunization clinics as needed

Shifts and Scheduling:

Variable shifts with a self-scheduling model, with shifts changing daily. Schedule is typically 7 on, 7 off with 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next. Travelers may be expected to float to other departments in which they are qualified to work.


Requirements:
  • American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC, and conscious sedation certification
  • Must have a current active state license
  • Minimum of two years recent RN experience in the specialty being applied for

Additional Information:

This is a quick-start position with 12-hour shifts assigned after arrival. The facility relies heavily on contractors, and shifts may change frequently. Travelers are expected to be flexible and adapt to changing circumstances.
