Security Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Security Officer to join our team at MSCCN. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of our hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and security of employees, patients, and visitors by maintaining a visible presence and responding to incidents promptly.
• Monitor and control access to the hospital, including parking areas and restricted zones.
• Conduct regular patrols of the hospital premises to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and secure hospital operation.
• Respond to emergency situations, such as fires, medical emergencies, and security breaches.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in security or a related field preferred.
• Two years of experience in security or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and possess exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods and lift or carry medium-weight materials or objects.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
