Job Summary:

Croda is seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our mechanical and production systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement reliability analysis and root cause analysis to identify and resolve equipment failures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs
  • Manage and maintain Avanti's CMMS system
  • Participate in project inception and commissioning, and assist in the identification of new equipment and commissioning, start-up, installation, or qualification activities
  • Develop and execute corrective actions to reduce equipment unplanned downtime

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
  • 2+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
