Radiology Technologist Swing Shift Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiology Technologist to join our team at Salem Health. As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our Radiology department.

About the Role:

  • Full-time position with 12-hour shifts, 32 hours per week
  • Thursdays, Fridays, and every other weekend 11a-11:30p, and 11a-7:30p on other weekdays
  • Some holiday obligation and call required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain medical imaging equipment, including digital Fuji Devo suites and FDR Go Portables
  • Assist in the preparation and positioning of patients for imaging procedures
  • Provide excellent patient care and communication
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Radiologic Technologist preferred, but not required
  • Graduates of a formal, accredited Radiologic Technology Training program with required temporary license considered
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Computer proficiency and ability to quickly gain competency in various hospital software applications
  • Required licensure with the Department of Public Health to practice Radiologic Technology in the state of Massachusetts
