Job SummaryAs a Senior Branch Manager at BB BHF STORES LLC, you will be responsible for leading the individual branch location and ensuring safe, professional, and profitable operations. You will direct and coordinate store activities, acquire and maintain customers, and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local statutes. Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and coordinate store activities to ensure safe and profitable operations
  • Acquire and maintain customers through effective sales and marketing programs
  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local statutes
  • Prepare and review financial statements and store reports
  • Implement sales and marketing programs to meet company objectives
  • Manage inventory and cash assets, and maintain company vehicles within safe operating standards
  • Meet company standards for quality, customer service, and safety
  • Meet sales and revenue goals, and implement marketing and growth plans
  • Prepare daily work schedules, assign tasks, evaluate employee performance, and discipline when necessary
  • Provide a safe and clean environment for customers and associates
  • Recruit, hire, and train employees to ensure efficient operations
  • Set goals and conduct weekly staff meetings
  • Train and develop associates to improve job performance
  • Perform all other duties deemed necessary for effective store management
Requirements:
  • Effective organizational skills
  • Established selling skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficient in POS system
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to plan, organize, delegate, coordinate, and follow up on tasks and assignments
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
  • Regular and consistent attendance, including nights and weekends as business dictates
Education and Experience:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree with coursework in business, accounting, marketing, or management
  • Two years of experience in retail or other business emphasizing customer service, account management, or merchandising
Physical Requirements:
  • Lifting, loading, moving, and using a dolly for merchandise
  • Stooping, bending, pulling, climbing, reaching, and grabbing as required
  • Ability to traverse multiple flights of stairs while carrying furniture, appliances, and electronics
  • Prolonged driving and standing
  • Ability to work in and outdoors in a variety of climates and weather conditions
Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 Annually
