Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals for residents, adhering to dietary requirements and preferences
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to plan and execute menus, specials, and events
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred
• At least one year of experience in food preparation and management, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and vendors
