Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Global Technical Specialist to join our international team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and training to customers, while working collaboratively with our team to deliver innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering and administration, with experience in diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, and network problems. You will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as direct customer interaction is a key component of this position.

The pay range for this role is $112,450 - $203,275 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

This position requires a brief temporary work assignment in Chantilly, Virginia, prior to relocating overseas on a long-term international assignment. Relocation costs to OCONUS location are included.

Clearance Requirement: An active and in-scope TS/SCI Polygraph is required for all candidates.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Providing technical support and training to customers
* Diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, and network problems
* Collaborating with our team to deliver innovative solutions

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree and 8+ years' experience; additional experience in lieu of degree will be considered
* Strong background in systems engineering and administration
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work well individually and within a team environment
* Physical stamina to ascend/descend 4 to 5 flights of stairs and carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
