Job Summary

The Housekeeper role is responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy environment at Crunch Fitness Timonium.

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeper, ensuring all areas of the facility are spotless and well-stocked with cleaning supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and sanitization of equipment, locker rooms, and general areas.
  • Sweep, dust, mop, and vacuum assigned areas of the facility.
  • Clean and disinfect bathroom areas, shower stalls, and changing spaces.
  • Maintain a sufficient supply of materials (towels, tissues, soap, disinfectant) throughout the club.
  • Empty garbage containers in all assigned areas.
  • E nsure storage areas are clean and organized.
  • Immediately report any complaints or areas of concern to management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Cleaning experience preferred, with 1 year of experience ideal.
  • CPR/AED certification preferred.
  • Ability to work quickly, thoroughly, and independently.
  • Proper knowledge of cleaning materials and chemicals.
  • Ability to stand and remain on your feet for an entire shift.
  • Positive and professional attitude.
Additional Information

This is a part-time/full-time position, offering a competitive salary of $15.00 per hour. Benefits include full-time benefits eligibility, health/vision/dental insurance, two weeks paid time off (for eligible roles), and a complimentary gym membership. Please note that passing a drug screening and background check are requirements for this position.
