Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver / Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily living support, including personal hygiene and meal preparation
  • Assist with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs
  • Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
  • Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
