Job Title: Estate Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estate Maintenance Manager to join our team at Metro Services Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' estates and commercial properties in the Greater Columbia Area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily maintenance tasks, including trash removal, boiler maintenance, and wine cooler system checks.
  • Conduct weekly tasks, such as septic system maintenance, hot water faucet checks, and lightbulb replacements.
  • Complete monthly tasks, including HVAC filter changes and exterior lighting checks.
  • Perform quarterly tasks, such as water jetting sewer lines and checking vehicle licenses and insurance.
  • Complete yearly tasks, including smoke detector battery replacements and fire extinguisher replacements.
Requirements:
  • Must have a wide range of maintenance knowledge and experience.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
  • Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
