Job Summary

Metro Services Group is seeking a highly skilled Estate Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing various clients' properties in the Greater Columbia Area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily maintenance tasks, including trash removal, boiler maintenance, and wine cooler system checks.
  • Conduct weekly responsibilities, such as septic system maintenance, hot water faucet checks, and lightbulb replacements.
  • Participate in monthly, quarterly, and yearly tasks, such as HVAC filter changes, exterior lighting checks, and smoke detector battery replacements.
  • Assist with seasonal responsibilities, including patio furniture setup, pool opening, and trail maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in an outdoor environment.
