Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team at Alta Resources. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of compensation and benefits strategies, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Manage and administer all aspects of the total compensation program, including salary structure, benefits, and employee recognition programs.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and training to leaders and employees on compensation and benefits-related topics.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain reports and metrics to measure the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
  • PHR and/or CEBS certification preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
