**Job Description:** Project Management Specialist Nuclear Scheduling

Cross Resource Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and developing project schedules for our nuclear projects organizations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project scheduling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic nuclear power generation environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Schedule project activities (date, time, sequence) for the Nuclear Projects and Engineering Projects organizations.
  2. Perform schedule maintenance and interface management between Passport and Primavera scheduling tools.
  3. Develop and maintain lifecycle schedules, ensuring schedule integrity and alignment with station procedures and processes.
  4. Assist project managers in creating detailed schedules for on-line, outage, and Enterprise Risk projects.
  5. Support the biennial refueling outage by developing integrated project schedules.
  6. Develop and implement scheduling methodologies based on industry best practices.
  7. Analyze and resolve conflicts within schedule adherence, ensuring timely updates and adherence to Technical Specifications.
  8. Lead schedule review meetings and interface discussions between work groups.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Nuclear Engineering, or Nuclear Technology, with 5 years of experience in nuclear power generation.
  • OR Associates degree with 7 years of experience.
  • OR High school diploma/GED with 9 years of experience.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $85,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on qualifications and level of expertise. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
