Compensation: $65,000 to $95,000

Travel Requirements: Minimal (60 Mile Service Radius)

Specialization: Advanced HVAC Service/ Building Automation Service

POSITION SUMMARY

The HVAC Service Technician role offers opportunities for professional growth across various sectors. We are looking for candidates eager to develop expertise that can lead to specialization in areas such as Building Automation, Industrial/Institutional Boiler and Chiller Service, and Site Lead Technician roles in diverse environments, including manufacturing facilities and educational institutions.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues. Replace or repair faulty equipment, calibrate controls, and troubleshoot systems using onsite BAS controls.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on systems.
  • Establish strong customer relationships and gain insights into customer needs and expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with fellow technicians, administrative staff, and clients.
  • Understanding of the principles and characteristics of various commercial and industrial HVAC/R systems and controls.
  • Desire to learn and develop a comprehensive skill set for a fulfilling career.
