Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality
- Optimize factory layouts and customize machinery to meet production demands
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and innovation
- Contribute to the development of new technologies and manufacturing techniques
Requirements:
- PhD degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Microelectronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or related STEM field
- 6+ months of educational or industry experience
